This was an outfit that I actually wore a few weeks ago and totally forgot to post. I realize that we’re now past Labor Day and some say white is now a no, no. Well yesterday on Cupcakes and Cashmere I happened to read an interview she did with Toni Spencer and Jenny Graham, of Velvet by Graham & Spencer. When asked their take on white jeans in the fall and winter they responded by saying, “We’re all about all-year white jeans. This season the folk-luxe inspired, chunky, textured knits look great with white denim.” I can’t say I’ll be wearing white in the midst of the winter slush here in PA, but I’m surely planning on taking their advice and pairing them with sweaters and booties for the next month or so.

How fitting! I put on my white jeans this morning to wear to the office – I paired them with a sleeveless black printed tunic, which is perfect for today’s muggy weather. Like you, I don’t see myself wearing white jeans through a Minnesota winter, but I will definitely wear them for a few more weeks during these last couple of weeks of summer / early fall. Looks great!
