During the warmer months when layering isn’t always a comfortable option, I tend to rely a lot on cute tops to carry my outfit. Whether it’s a bit of embellishment or a fun graphic tee, it’s nice to have a slight element of interest going on. Sometimes a light scarf over a solid tee can also accomplish this goal.
