Now that September is upon us, there are a few key pieces that I will be heavily rotating in my wardrobe. They include cut-off shorts, booties and short-sleeved sweatshirts. And jewels, I can’t forget the jewels. During the summer I learn towards lighter, more delicate pieces, but when fall rolls around I tend to chunk it up again.
