I love a great fair isle pattern. Even more so when it’s in bright, beautiful colors. In true JCrew style, they created dozens of sweaters this season that I would love to get my hands on. See other fair isle examples here and here. The sun seems to have tucked itself away lately, so it’s nice to contrast the dreary weather with bold colors. Bright coats are another great way to battle overcast skies, and it’s fun standing out from the sea of gray and black that are all too common during these months. Don’t get me wrong, I fall captive to those colors as well but it’s nice to have options :)
